The opportunity

Hitachi Energy Transformer Business Unit in Greater China operates across 55 cities, employs over 1,900 staff, and manages 5 transformer manufacturing plants. More than 90% of its sales come from locally manufactured products. We offer a comprehensive portfolio of Transformers Products, Solutions and Services.  Transformers are essential in all electricity-related fields and applications, including power generation, transmission and distribution, oil, chemical and gas, industrial manufacturing, semiconductor and data centers, as well as building and transportation sectors.

How you’ll make an impact

1.You will be in charge of daily quality communication and docking with local and overseas customers.
2. You will receive, follow up and close all overseas customer quality complaints and quality abnormal issues.
3. You will organize internal root cause analysis, prepare quality reports and improvement plans for clients.
4. You will coordinate cross-department resources to resolve on-site and product quality problems timely.
5. You will confirm customer quality standards, track corrective actions and maintain good overseas customer quality relations.
6. You will support local and overseas customer quality audit and relevant quality document submission.

7. You will drive continuous improvement project or Kaizen.

8. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, majored in Engineering or related technical disciplines.
2. 3+ years of working experience in transformer company.  Solid engineering basic knowledge.
3. Excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, able to communicate with foreign customers fluently.
4. Familiar with basic quality problem handling process, have overseas customer docking experience is a plus. ISO 9001 internal auditor, ISO 16949 Internal Auditor as a plus.
5. Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving ability, able to work under pressure. Excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills; Familiar with   DMAIC,A3 ,8D,FEMA，CP methodology.
6. Responsible mindset, good at whole-process tracking to ensure complaints are fully closed.
