How you’ll make an impact

1. As GIS product and technical specialist in GIS Service business, You will be providing technical consultation , supporting or solutions for PSC GIS on the extension, upgrade retrofit or replacement, troubleshooting analysis and reporting and so on.
2. You will support in type test execution of GIS product for new GIS module development in Service business, ensure that the type test is carried out in accordance with the standard and require completion within the specified time.
3. You will support in technical specification/statement prepared and review, suitable for business trips to support service businesses as technical expert.
4. You will have a strong desire to accept and learn, actively and willingly learn GIS related high-voltage electrical knowledge.
5. You will do meeting or collaborate with different departments, LSC or technical center to solve technical issues. Interface between LSC and PSC, local factory and global product support team, to solve site troubleshooting analysis and reporting and so on.
6. You will need to built a good communication, coordination, and organizational skills to promote orderly and efficient completion of events.
7. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
1. You hold a bachelor's degree or above in electrical or mechanical related majors.
2. Required with 10 years working experience or above on GIS product management or GIS quality management.
3. 2D and 3D proficient drawing skills and Office skills.
4. Good English speaking and writing document skills, able to communicate in English meetings with customers or internal HE Group internally.
