How you’ll make an impact

  • Support internal stakeholders by identifying and assessing risks throughout the opportunity
  • Review and maintain risk registers, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and compliance across risk descriptions, mitigations, and assumptions
  • Conduct and coordinate risk review meetings in line with internal approval frameworks
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to support risk clarification and mitigation
  • Deliver training and guidance on internal risk management policies, governance requirements, and best practices
  • Ensure compliance with internal regulations, maintain documentation, and support audits and internal reviews
  • Contract portfolio – governance: Ensures the portfolio of contracts in the business follows contract and claim management methodologies in accordance with internal standard procedures.  
  • Tender preparation and negotiations Reviews and comments on commercial and technical tender terms and conditions. Analyzes prime contract terms to highlight areas of potential opportunity and risk, such as ambiguities, omissions and conflicts, as work proceeds. Cooperate with legal to draft, negotiate and finalize agreements during the Sales and Project Execution phases. Support Sales in RR preparation and support in the contractual session working closely with local legal when involved and with the tendering team.  
  • Contract execution and claims (from project kick-off to project closure). Identifies the contract baseline (including terms and conditions, specifications, drawings, estimate, proposal, schedule and other documents incorporated in the contract) and highlights areas of potential risk. Ensures timely and accurate execution of commercial aspects in portfolio of contracts (i.e. payments, claims, variation orders, warranties, provisions, guarantees, etc.). Verifies that both parties to the contract have fulfilled their contractual obligations and there are no responsibilities outstanding. Assesses success of the contract and determines if there are any lessons learned for future contracting. Documents and communicates to all appropriate parties any deficiencies found as part of the closeout process.  
  • Develop Contract Management competence with the other functions of the company by conducting pragmatic training periodically. 
  • Provide guidance and leadership on contract management-related matters to cross-department business team members, participate in claim negotiations and provide professional support where required regarding purchasing activities ensuring flow down of customer terms and conditions to the vendors.


Your background

  • You hold a bachelor's degree or above, majoring in law is preferred.

  • Required 3 years risk management / contract review related experience.

  • Self-driven, change & innovation driving.

  • Strong organization and communication skills, risk management oriented.

  • Ability to work independently on area of expertise but also collaborate with other functions and be teamwork oriented.

  • Ability to quickly adapt to changing situations and work under pressure.

  • Fluent English both written and spoken, good presentation skill.

Working hours: 900-1730 (1hr break). Flex time is applicable.
