How you’ll make an impact

1. You will support R&D teams in defining and integrating quality requirements across New Product Introduction (NPI) projects and large global product support projects, also ensure project activities comply with internal quality processes, standards, and regulatory requirements.

2. You will facilitate quality-related reviews, risk assessments, and verification/validation planning, also monitor project quality performance using available quality tools and systems.

3. You will support issue resolution through structured problem‑solving and root cause analysis when quality deviations arise, promote lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives across R&D projects.

4. You will collaborate with stakeholders to enhance product reliability, customer satisfaction, and process robustness.

5. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

1. You hold a master’s degree or above in Engineering or related technical field, 5+ years working experience on R&D and/or quality.

2. Knowledge of quality management principles, product development processes, and risk management tools (e.g., FMEA).

3. Familiarity with project management concepts (Gate Model, APQP), Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt or above certification is a plus.

4. Systematic, structured approach to problem solving, strong customer‑oriented mindset, ability to influence and work effectively across teams.

5. Continuous improvement mindset and willingness to drive positive change, strong analytical, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

6. Fluent in English (both speaking and writing).
