Field Service Management Manager

The opportunity:

Lead a team of Field Service Engineers and Technicians to execute service strategies and drive service growth in Secondary and Primary Field Service (High Voltage, Transformer, and Grid Connection). Ensure timely, high-quality, and cost-effective solutions for installation, commissioning, and maintenance. Achieve service goals through strategic planning and efficient resource allocation according to standard processes and safety guidelines.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • You will plan and oversee onsite and offsite service activities, ensuring adherence to schedule, quality standards, cost control, margin targets, and customer satisfaction.

  • You will assign work based on project demands and available resources to meet delivery targets, accurately classify work assignments and optimize the supply of materials and components, foster customer relationships, enhance practices based on feedback, and collaborate with sales and service teams.

  • You will drive productivity improvements and streamline processes in partnership with operational excellence teams.

  • You will ensure compliance with safety directives, assess risks, and implement protective actions.

  • You will organize and supervise the team, ensure certifications are up to date, and review team competencies.

  • You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background:

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.

  • More than 15years of experience in high-voltage substation or transformer installation, commissioning and services.

  • Proven leadership and team management skills.

  • Strong knowledge of safety, operations, and quality assurance.

  • Excellent communication and client management abilities.
