Site Engineer

The opportunity

How you’ll make an impact

• You will supervise and monitor site activities to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and quality standards.

• You will conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues, implement corrective actions, and maintain a safe working environment.

• You will liaise with project managers, contractors, subcontractors, and clients to ensure effective communication and smooth project progression.

• You will assist in the planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for on-site operations, and implement and enforce company safety policies and procedures on site.

• You will verify the accuracy of delivered materials and equipment against specifications.

• You will participate in site meetings and provide technical input.

• You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

• You hold a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, or a related field.

• Proven 3-5 years of experience in a Site Engineer role, preferably within large-scale industrial or electrical projects.

• Familiarity with relevant safety regulations, and environmental standards.

• Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic site environment.

• Willingness to travel and work on various project sites as needed.
