The opportunity

Keep production moving—and help shape how materials flow through a modern manufacturing environment. In this role, you’ll own inventory health within assigned areas, pairing daily analysis with hands-on problem solving to ensure internal customers have the right materials at the right time. You’ll dig into loss drivers, partner across operations and supply chain, and turn data into clear, actionable reporting. Just as important, you’ll champion a safety-first mindset while building practical, leaner ways of working that reduce waste and strengthen reliability. If you enjoy balancing analysis with real-world execution—and you’re energized by improving processes that teams feel every day—this is a great opportunity to make visible impact quickly.

  • Improve material flow using best supply chain practices and continuous improvement methods.

  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your back-ground

  • Bachelor’s degree (or 3–5 years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience).

  • High school diploma/GED plus 8+ years of logistics experience may be considered in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.

  • Experience implementing lean material flow in a manufacturing environment.

  • Strong problem-solving skills, organization, and time management; able to prioritize effectively.
