Finance Service Specialist - Accounts Payable

The opportunity
We invite you to apply for the role of Accounts Payable Specialist. In this role, you will support end‑to‑end accounts payable activities for multiple countries, including Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Estonia, and Ireland & Great Britain.

You will be part of a 17‑member international finance team, contributing to accurate, compliant, and timely payment processing for both third‑party and intercompany suppliers.

Please note that this role is offered on a fixed‑term contract for maternity leave cover.
 

How you’ll make an impact

• You process Accounts Payable payments related to both third‑party and intra‑group suppliers.
• You execute analyses and reports to support Accounts Payable activities.
• You follow internal control requirements and relevant procedures.
• You maintain good working relationships with internal customers and external suppliers.
• You take responsibility for your own tasks while contributing positively to the team and supporting the business.

Your background

• You have experience in data entry, accounting, accounts payable, or a similar role.
• You are proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• You have good teamwork skills and enjoy working in a collaborative environment.
• You demonstrate attention to detail and the ability to work accurately with deadlines.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems and education in Finance or Accounting is considered a benefit.
