How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Contribute to mechanical design concepts for R&D transformer projects
  • Support development aligned with performance, cost, and quality goals
  • Coordinate prototype manufacturing, assembly, and testing
  • Perform and validate mechanical calculations and simulations
  • Define and execute design verification tests
  • Document progress, standards, and technical learnings
  • Collaborate with global teams to optimize design solutions
  • Provide technical support across development and industrialization phases

Your Background

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in mechanical design or engineering environments
  • Knowledge of materials, structures, and manufacturing processes
  • Experience with CAD tools such as Creo, SolidWorks, or CATIA
  • Understanding of design for manufacturability and tolerance analysis
  • Strong analytical mindset and collaborative communication skills
