As a Factory Electrical Test Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring products meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance before reaching customers. You will lead the full lifecycle of testing activities, from planning and setup to execution, analysis, and reporting. How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Plan and coordinate testing activities based on engineering and customer requirements

  • Execute and oversee product testing to ensure compliance with specifications and standards

  • Analyze test data, document results, and prepare detailed reports

  • Investigate test failures and perform root cause analysis

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, and safety standards (IEC, IEEE, ISO)

  • Maintain and manage test equipment, including calibration and proper usage

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements in quality and performance

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and optimize testing processes

Your Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in testing or quality within manufacturing

  • Strong knowledge of testing standards and regulatory requirements (IEC, IEEE, ISO)

  • Experience with data analysis and reporting of test results

  • Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to conduct failure analysis

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams
