How You'll Make an Impact

  • Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and plans.
  • Establish standards and specifications for manufacturing/assembly processes.
  • Provide internal reporting on quality assurance activities, progress, and outcomes.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to drive decision-making and process improvements.
  • Manage and mentor quality professionals.
  • Conduct training programs and workshops to promote quality awareness.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing teams to address customer-specific quality requirements.
  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Operations, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality processes and business operations.
  • Certification or experience in problem-solving and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence others.
  • Proven ability to address quality issues promptly and effectively.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
