How you’ll make an impact

  • You will work in HV circuit breaker and operating mechanism development, enhancement, upgrade and cost optimization.

  • You will support on kinematic chain design, analysis, mechanical calculation or simulation, tolerance chain calculation.

  • You will create 3D models and 2D drawings proficiently for HV CB and operating mechanism development.

  • You will work on the pressurized vessel simulation and design, work on gas tightness and sealing design.

  • You do dielectric design and optimization.

  • You do development test and type test of HV circuit breaker development

  • You will conduct design review, including DFMEA/DFM/DFA.

  • You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

  • Master degree or above in Mechanical or Electrical engineering or other related majors.

  • With 2 years and above HV CB R&D or engineering experience, full experience (from design to launch) of 2 and above CB products preferred.

  • Familiar with surface treatment on different materials; Familiar with metal raw materials' properties (aluminum, steel, copper etc.) and composite material; Basic knowledge of casting, welding, machining is requested.

  • Solid knowledge on HV CB theory and development, deep understanding of the correlation between mechanical, insulation, switching, thermal performance, etc.

  • Basic simulation competence (mechanical, dielectric, etc) Strong CB assembly and production experience, or site installation & commissioning knowledge, or familiar with operating mechanism development is a plus.

  • Self-motivated, innovative, structured and systematic thinking, good communication skills and team spirit.

  • Strong result-driven, high quality and high-speed execution.

  • Good oral, writing, listening English preferred.
