General Sales & Marketing Manager

The opportunity

Our Service offerings empower customers & partners to holistically manage the asset lifecycle—from start-of-life (e.g., installation and commissioning) through services designed to strengthen operational life (e.g., Upgrades, repairs, and extensions) to end-of-life activities (e.g., replacement and decommissioning).

 

How you’ll make an impact

  • You will create, plan, and implement a service sales strategy by increasing the installed base (IB) penetration, effectively utilizing ServIS (the approved Service database), and promoting value-added service-product offerings supporting Life Cycle Management (LCM). You will achieve service sales volume by ensuring the team sells the entire service portfolio, participating in negotiations of major contracts to secure service sales, ensuring the achievement of service sales targets, providing cost-effective solutions to customers, and initiating improvement plans as needed.

  • In collaboration with the Service sales team, we will generate and identify service sales leads by analyzing IB potential and targeting new IB opportunities emerging from trends with Service solutions available. We will then determine account and acquisition plans to support growth.

  • You will establish long-term customer relationships with key customers and decision-makers by understanding their requirements and regulations, and demonstrating high expertise in technical solutions and products. This ensures that customer satisfaction issues are registered and addressed by the team.

  • You will support the team by participating in sales activities when needed, responsible for feedback on sales development, distribution of resources for service sales activities and the current status of the market, collaborate with Business Units and account teams to position different service offerings, evaluate and share relevant information on installed base data, sales leads, customer’s and competitor’s solutions and marketing trends with the team.

  • You will monitor the client's financial status and report any changes regarding risk to the relevant internal partner teams. Additionally, you will identify and manage potential risks related to contract agreements across customers/channels, and drive health and safety practices within your own unit.

  • Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines

 

Your background

  • You hold a bachelor's degree or above, majoring in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, automation, or sales and marketing management.

  • More than 7years of experience in sales, marketing, and service.

  • Excellent communication and coordination at various organizational levels, highly impactful and influential. Working experience in complex organizations is a plus.

  • Fluent in English.
