We seek for "Finance Project Controller" who will be able to demonstrate knowledge in Hitachi Energy Power Transformers Factory, in Dilovası, Kocaeli, with below qualifications;

How you will make impact:

• Provide input to the Project Execution on financial aspects. Drive and seek for optimization of Project Cash Flow, Revenues, and gross margin contribution together with Project Director/Managers.
• Support the Project Manager in coordinating and preparing monthly project reviews. Participate in preparing the project cost report.
• Prepare financial analysis and management reports for different departments within organization and for factory managers.
• Participate in business planning and forecasting process for the area of responsibility and serves as the interface to HQ/HUB CFO.
• Prepare analysis for Business Review with HUB, Monthly Follow up of defined business KPI’s.
• Lead/Support process improvement and cost-saving initiatives to protect and increase the Group’s profitability. Support initiatives to achieve excellence in financial controlling and improvement of controlling processes, governance, and tools.
• Ensure correctness of the monthly balance sheet and income statement reporting in cooperation with the accounting department. Participate in month-end closing.
• Ensure compliance with corporate and country standards, regulations, and guidelines. Supports internal and external audits

Your Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in management, economics , engineering, or related departments.
• 3-6 years of practical experience as a Project/Functional Finance Controller in a complex environment, production controlling experience will be a plus.
• Advanced level of written and verbal English and Turkish is required.
• Experience with computerized accounting systems and financial reporting software including SAP.
• Outstanding attention to detail, accuracy and ability to multitask.
• A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong written and verbal communication skills.
