How you’ll make an impact
1.You will assist in talent acquisition: data collection and analysis for talent mapping; cold-call target candidates (summer interns)
2.File management and Office support: clear up archives on Talent management, help to build up new share folders. Etc.
3.Other tasks assigned by supervisor.
4.Living core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues, and the business.
Your background:
1.Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Computer sciences is preferred.
2.Able to work at least 3 days per week.
3.With HR Intern experience is preferred.
4.Strong interpersonal skills good communication skills.
5.Quick learner.
6.Good oral and written English Familiar with Excel, Outlook, PPT.
